Terms of service
Jackson Marking Products Co., Inc. (JMP), guarantees custom stamp components against defects in workmanship and materials under normal usage, with proper care and re-inking, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. JMP shall not be liable for any defects or damage caused by the use of refill inks other than the approved Brother refill ink sold by JMP. In the event defects should occur, we will repair or replace the defective stamp with a stamp of identical size and impression without charge within 10 days of the receipt of the defective stamp.
A. Normal Use - Normal usage of custom stamps constitutes daily business uses for which the stamp was designed. This includes stamping on paper, cardboard or other like materials. Normal usage does not include commercial or industrial stamping or any use where the original stamp has been modified or used in conjunction with any type of stamping machine.
B. Proper Care - Stamps should be stored in a dust-free environment. Dust cover should be in place when stamp is not in use. Lightly wipe the stamp die with a damp tissue to clean the surface. Never aggressively rub the stamp surface or allow sharp objects to come in contact with the stamp surface.
C. Re-inking - Re-inking should be performed when the stamp impression becomes consistently light. Use of our approved stamp ink is mandatory. Failure to use our approved stamp ink will void the guarantee as other inks may cause failure of the stamp die.
D. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL JMP BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE, DIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE STAMP. JMP's TOTAL LIABILITY WILL BE FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE STAMP ONLY.
